Mundy Bois is a hamlet midway between the villages of Egerton and Pluckley, and about six miles from Ashford.
From Ashford/M20, take junction 9 and follow the signs to the A20 in the direction of Charing and Lenham. After crossing the new rail link, take a left turn towards Pluckley. Follow the road for about 4 miles through Hothfield, Little Chart and into Pluckley. Turn left at a T-junction and pass through the village and down a hill. After about 3/4 mile, turn right at the Blacksmith's Arm. Head down the hill for about another 1/2 mile, and turn right into Mundy Bois Road towards Egerton. The Mundy Bois is one further mile on the left.
From London/M20, take M20 from London and exit at junction 8 (Leeds Castle) and take A20 towards Lenham and Charing. After about nine miles, you will arrive at a large roundabout as you come to Charing. Take the second exit towards Ashford (Maidstone Road), and then after about 100 meters turn right into Pluckely Road towards Pluckley and Smarden. After about four miles you will enter Pluckley. Continue downhill through Pluckley village towards Smarden. After about 3/4 mile, turn right at the Blacksmith's Arm. Head down the hill for about another 1/2 mile, and turn right into Mundy Bois Road toward Egerton. The Mundy Bois is one further mile on the left.
From Smarden, head towards Pluckley and Charing. After about three miles from the village, take a left at Rose Farm Road. Take that road for about 3/4 mile to the end and turn left at the T-junction. Take the next right (almost immediately) on Mundy Bois Road towards Egerton. The Mundy Bois is one further mile on the left.
