The Mundy Bois combines the warmth of a traditional Kentish country freehouse with a first-class restaurant.  Situated off the beaten track between the villages of Pluckley, Egerton and Smarden, The Mundy Bois lies in farmland in the heart of the Weald of Kent -- 'Darling Buds of May' country.

Our blackboard menus change daily, and offer both gastro dining and traditional bar meals.  We are committed to freshly prepared food using local produce.  Our fish is selected by our chef direct from the market.  Our meat and poultry is sourced from local farms. On Sundays, we feature a traditional roast lunch with a choice of meats and poultry. 

 In the Village Bar you will find a range of real ales, lagers and quality wines by the glass.  The patio and the garden offer al fresco eating.  And for the kids, there is an adventure playground.  Or you can enjoy a game of pool in the games room.
